Internship Opportunities

Education Empowerment:

• Role: Assist in designing and implementing educational initiatives for underprivileged students.

• Responsibilities: Curriculum development, coordinating workshops, and impact assessment.

Community Outreach

• Role: Engage with communities, understand their needs, and facilitate empowerment programs.

• Responsibilities: Organising awareness campaigns, workshops, and building strong community relationships.

Fundraising and Marketing

• Role: Contribute to fundraising efforts and promote VGMF's initiatives to a wider audience.

• Responsibilities: Developing fundraising strategies, creating engaging content, and managing campaigns.

Digital Outreach

• Role: Utilise digital platforms to amplify VGMF's mission and engage with a global audience.

• Responsibilities: Social media management, content creation, and online community engagement.

Research and Impact Assessment

• Role: Analyse our programs' impact and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

• Responsibilities: Conducting surveys, analysing data, and preparing impact reports.

Internship Details:

• Duration: Internships range from 2 to 11 months, providing a flexible opportunity to contribute meaningfully.

• Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 17 and above, including students and young professionals passionate about making a difference.

• Financial Support: While there is no salary provided to interns, a monthly stipend of ₹3500 will be given to cover out-of-pocket expenses related to travel and mobile usage.

• Internship Nature: Please note that participation in the internship program does not establish an employer-employee relationship or agency between interns and VGMF or any other organization.

• Experience: Interns gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to immerse themselves in projects that create real impact.

• Certificate: Upon successful completion, interns will receive a certificate acknowledging their dedication and contributions.

2. Prepare your resume and a brief statement of interest explaining why you want to intern with VGMF and which role aligns with your skills and passions.

3. Complete the Online Application Form.

4. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further rounds of evaluation and interviews.

5. Kindly allow us up to 3 weeks to carefully review your application. Following this review period, you can expect to hear from us.

6. Once selected, you'll join our dynamic team and start making a difference!
